Butter Chicken. What an amazing name for a dish. A lady in our lab has made it a few times and I’ve fallen in love with it, even when it’s really spicy (usually I’m not a huge fan). I’ve wanted to try making it for a while, but I’ve been put off by the super long list of spices in most recipes. Until I found this at PnP…

All the right spices together in one packet, fantastic. And a recipe on the back. It’s really simple to make, you just fry the chicken with some garlic, ginger and onion, then add the spice mix with some tomato paste, cream and water, and simmer for 20 mins. Voila!
